Campaign Story

Giving Hope Network works in partnership with Eleos International Ministries to care for orphans in Ocna Mures, Romania. Through this partnership we have been able to invest in all aspects of our Framework for Transforming Lives.

Since 1992, the Sanctuary Orphanage has rescued over 120 orphans; about 80 of these children have been adopted and are living in families in Romania and throughout the world. Currently, 30 children call the Sanctuary Orphanage home. They are well cared for by a loving Romanian staff.

Our goal is to invest in all aspects of our Framework for Transforming Lives to support these children:

  • Hope: create a caring environment through building a playground, sponsoring outings & celebrations
  • Essential needs: invested in a new girl’s home, an animal farm to help towards self-sufficiency, provide food and medicine
  • Create Leaders: through our teachings and training conferences
  • Education: purchase school books, supplies, uniforms and sponsor college educations
  • Employment: create opportunities for employability
  • Charitable Support: provide opportunities to help the next generation of orphans
